Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026. This policy applies to qanteris.com and the waiting list. When the course launches, we will add information on order processing and payment service providers.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this site within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is AXEON TECHNOLOGIES FZCO IFZA Business Park, DDP P.O. Box 342001 Dubai, United Arab Emirates Email: mail@qanteris.com Personal data means any data that can be used to identify you personally. This site transmits data in encrypted form (TLS). You can see this from the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.

2. Visiting the site

If you only view the site, without signing up or sending us anything, we collect only the data that your browser transmits to the server (server logs): the page accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, the page you came from, browser, operating system, and IP address. We need this data to display the site to you and operate it securely. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the stability and security of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not pass on the data and only analyze it if there are specific indications of misuse. The logs are deleted after a short time.

3. Hosting

The site is hosted by a hosting provider that delivers it on our behalf (processor under Article 28 GDPR). All data collected when the site is accessed is processed on that provider’s servers. Processing on other servers takes place only within the scope described in this policy.

4. Cookies

The site does not use cookies, load fonts or scripts from third party servers, or contain tracking pixels. Your browser stores the selected language locally. This does not require consent, and you can delete the entry in your browser at any time.

5. Contacting us

If you write us an email, we process your address and the content of your message only to handle and respond to your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your message concerns a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies. We delete the data once your request has been fully resolved and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

6. Waiting list

If you join the waiting list, we store your email address, the time, the page from which the sign up came, the language, and the identifier of the design variant you saw. We also store the time and wording of your consent. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We process the data in our own email tool and write to you only about QANTERIS. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, by sending a message to mail@qanteris.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. We will then delete the entry.

7. Order processing

Nothing is sold through this site. When the course launches, we will add information on processing during ordering and on the payment service providers used.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights against the controller: access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), notification (Article 19), data portability (Article 20), withdrawal of consent given (Article 7(3)), and complaint to a supervisory authority (Article 77), in the EU to the authority responsible for your place of residence. Right to object: If we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). We will then stop the processing unless compelling legitimate grounds prevail or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving reasons. For any of this, a message to mail@qanteris.com is sufficient.

9. Storage period

How long we store data depends on the legal basis, the purpose, and statutory retention periods. We store data based on consent until consent is withdrawn. We store data based on a legitimate interest until you object, unless compelling legitimate grounds prevail. Otherwise, we delete data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose.

10. Transfers to third countries

The controller is based in the United Arab Emirates. Your data may be processed there and by our service providers outside the EU. We secure such transfers with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.

11. Changes

We update this policy if the site or the law changes. The current version is always available here, with the date shown at the top.
