Cancellation instructions

Last updated September 2026. Applies to contracts for the course from launch. You do not enter into a contract by joining the waiting list.

1. Scope

This information applies to contracts that you conclude as a consumer with AXEON TECHNOLOGIES FZCO (operator of QANTERIS) for digital content and digital services: the online course, recordings, workbooks and templates, the community, AI assistance, and live teaching. The contracting party is always AXEON TECHNOLOGIES FZCO. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, AXEON TECHNOLOGIES FZCO IFZA Business Park, DDP P.O. Box 342001 Dubai, United Arab Emirates Email: mail@qanteris.com by means of a clear statement (for example by email or letter) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice before the cancellation period expires.

3. Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. If you requested that a service begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service already provided up to the time of your cancellation in relation to the total scope of the service.

4. Early expiry of the right of cancellation

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (course videos, recordings, workbooks, templates), your right of cancellation expires if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the cancellation period, you confirmed that you would lose your right of cancellation as a result, and we provided you with confirmation of the contract. For digital services with a limited term (community, AI assistance, live teaching), your right of cancellation expires once we have fully performed the service, provided that we only began after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the period and confirmed that you would lose your right of cancellation upon full performance. If you cancel after performance has begun at your request but before it is complete, you owe the proportionate compensation described in section 3.

5. What this means in practice

After purchase, you receive immediate access to the course and the customer area. To allow us to do this, we obtain your express consent during the order process. By giving it, you request that we begin before the cancellation period expires and confirm that you thereby lose your right of cancellation under the rules in section 4. Digital content that has been made available cannot be returned like physical goods. Before ordering, you can review the service description at your own pace. 7. Dispute resolution

We are neither required nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
